You need to determine both the largest and smallest height possible for your production needs, as well as the longest width you will need to accommodate. While the industry standard is 10 inches long, there are some wraparound labelers which can accommodate lengths up to 18 inches long. Check with your label system manufacturer to see which models are readily in stock. If there is no stock label head available to meet your needs you can purchase larger or smaller heads, are usually priced according to size and have a five to six week delivery window.
