Front and Back Labeling (for one side, two

products that can travel well through the

The bottles can be of various sides, including
oval, rectangular, round, and flat.
Label Applicators
Labels applicators are great tools to use for
times where you want to place a lot of labels,
but are not really concerned about accuracy.
Conveyor or "Product Transport"
Every labeling system needs to work in
conjunction with a method to move the product to
be labeled through the system.
Gear Motors
The two most common type of gear motors used in
automatic labeling systems are alternating
current (A.C.) and direct current (D.C.). Even
though there are several other types of gear
motors available we will discuss just those that
most readily apply to labeling systems.
Generator Systems
You can create a voltage that increases in
response to motor rpm through the use of a small
generator mounted on the motor shaft.
Encoders
How encoders can be used to assist in the
labeling system use.
