Fully
Integrated Control System
Following is
an example of the set up procedures for using a
fully integrated control system.
-
Thread the labels onto the machine after you
have placed the label roll on the web unwind
table
-
Determine bottle size and adjust the
pressure pad and guide rails to match
-
Locate the control touch pad and press the
following sequence: Call, 3, ENTER
- Sit
back and relax because you are finished
With
just a few touches of a button you have let the
controls do all the work to obtain perfect
product spacing, sensitivity settings, and label
positioning. Should you need to make minor
adjusts, it is as easy as pressing either + or –
on the controller keypad, since there are no
timers used all of your settings remain in
perfect alignment. The CVC Self Start labeling
system offers you a fully integrated labeling
machine, as well of the ability to save up to 50
distinct set ups into its memory bank.
Not only are those 50 preprogrammed set ups
easy, but each time you need to run a new bottle
and label a self set up program will run which
will automatically optimize all your important
settings, including wrap belt speed, conveyer
speed, drive roller speed, label stop position,
and label counters (used instead of timers, as
we will discuss in greater detail later).
