Labels applicators are great tools to use for times where you want to place a lot of labels, but are not really concerned about accuracy. A great example of this is promotional stickers on products. You can purchase label applicators with side, top, or bottom configurations that can be placed right next to your existing conveyer.

You can also purchase print and apply label applicators for use with labeling boxes, cartons, bottles, and items for use in pharmaceutical clinical trials. There are two main types of models of this type of applicators, direct print and those that are designed to work with the Self Start automatic labeling system. The second type is ideal if you require great accuracy and/or high speeds.

Of course you just may have a project that does not fit any of the descriptions on the previous pages. Don’t worry. It is possible to reconfigure existing machines to meet a wide variety of needs, or if that just won’t work a custom labeling system can be built. Some special application and designs include sorting, mono-block, special parts handling, systems integration, and conveyers.
